主讲人简介：
何乐融，于美国宾西法尼亚大学沃顿商学院取得管理学博士学位。她现任纽约州立大学杰纳苏分校商学院院长、管理学教授，及福州大学经济与管理学院特聘教授、博士生导师。何教授为2020年纽约州杰出学者奖获得者及福建省第四批“百人计划”创新人才。何教授的主要研究领域为公司治理、高管决策及企业战略管理。她在此领域的研究成果包括近50篇国际一流期刊论文以及书本章节和专著。她目前担任Management Research Review主编， Asia Pacific Journal of Management以及Corporate Governance: An International Review 编委，中国管理研究国际协会(IACMR) 秘书长，并担任管理、金融及会计领域数十种国际一流期刊的审稿人。
